• Permanent court reservations are guaranteed reservations for indoor season. Permanent court time is a non-refundable financial commitment.

• The Permanent Court Group Coordinator is responsible for letting each person know the break schedule and reporting to Pesi Kennett any concerns or observations about the quality of the tennis experience. 

• Payment in full for seasonal court time is required by July 30 to confirm a court reservation. The group coordinator is responsible for the group’s payment in full in the form of checks, cash, or credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Discover). Payment must be received when the application is turned in.

• All members who plan to play in the Permanent court group must be members with current payment history at the MCTC, please list these names on the application.

• Last year’s permanent court subscribers have first priority to continue their time slot and court selection provided that their 2009-10 application and payment in full are returned to MCTC by the deadline.  However, the MCTC does retain the responsibility to make court changes based on the needs of the total membership as well as playing environment.

• Members requesting a change of court time should note it on their application. Also, please include the name of the previous year’s coordinator or captain if it has changed. Include court preference and we will try to accommodate all court requests however we may have to move your court to create the best playing situation for everyone.

November 26-28, 2009	Thanksgiving
December 23, 2009 - January 3, 2010	Christmas Break
February 6-14, 2010 (tentative)	Dow Corning Tennis Classic
March 28-April 4, 2010	Spring Break
May 30-31, 2010	Memorial Day
