Play Tennis Pathway

When you play in any one of our Play Tennis Pathway Programs you’re really preparing yourself to play the rest of your life. The skills, values, and attitudes you learn will be lifelong. For those who continue to play through High School Champions, you will be ready to star on your high school team. Classes address individual skill levels and winning tennis, and personal growth.

3, 4 & 5 Year Old - Mighty Mites

Grade 4 & 5 - Competitors

High Performance Program

Coordinated by Patrick Jenkins, Director of High Performance Programs

The High Performance Program is structured to reflect an Academy perspective with the Satellite Academy and Tournament Academy.  The focus and purpose is to create a program that all junior competitive players will be able to achieve their tennis goals.

The Academy will integrate group lessons, private lessons, tournaments, fitness, match plays and extra training into an all encompassing format for our juniors.  Group Lessons run in a big group format to foster team work, individual improvement, and an energized, fun, and developmental arena for players to advance.  This format allows for a variety of training situations for all players to be exposed to.  Tennis is a game of change, versatility, and challenges.  This big group format will foster these assets.

Players must be recommended by the professional teaching staff. Consideration for selection and placement include age, tournament experience, skill level, personal commitment, attitude, and attendance.

Tennis Academy

Satellite Academy

Coordinated by Jason Winegar, USPTA and USTA High Performance Coach

Preparation and fitness for entry level tournaments.  Players will be training on courts of similar ability.  Players will be grouped by a variety of methods that will change with each class: sometimes it will be preset based on coaching opinion, sometimes based on rankings, sometimes random, sometimes with a workup game.  The reason for this variation is so that players will be stimulated in a variety of situations, they will be challenged to play up, play down, and play even.  The key is that each student will be challenged.  Players advance to the Tournament Academy when they have evidenced success, skill development and physical maturity fo the next stage in their competitive journey.

Group Lesson will run Monday & Thursday from 6-8pm.  We encourage players to play all 2 days of the Academy.
